Job Description

As an Account Manager at Tech Innovations Inc., you will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships and ensuring the delivery of our services meets client expectations. You'll be responsible for strategising growth opportunities while nurturing existing accounts, ensuring that we consistently meet and exceed client expectations. Responsibilities

  • Establish trusted advisor relationships with key accounts.
  • Implement strategies for account growth and retention.
  • Resolve client issues swiftly and effectively, ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Provide regular reports on account status and performance metrics.
  • Work closely with marketing to ensure client needs are met.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to foster strong relationships.
  • Engage in contract negotiations and renewals.
  • Assist in the onboarding process of new clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and provide insights to clients.
  • Organize and attend client meetings and events.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Professional certifications in project management are an advantage
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in managing client accounts and relationships
