Job Description

We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Dietary Specialist to join our healthcare team in Colchester. The successful candidate will work closely with patients to assess their dietary needs and create effective meal plans that promote health and wellness. Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive dietary assessments for patients.
  • Formulate and implement dietary plans that meet specific health requirements.
  • Educate patients about nutritional choices and healthy eating habits.
  • Coordinate with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure meal preparation aligns with dietary guidelines.
  • Measure and track patient wellness related to dietary changes.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress.
  • Prepare reports on patient dietary plans and outcomes.
  • Provide support and guidance to family members regarding dietary management.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or Dietetics
  • Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) certification preferred
