Job Description

As a Bridge and Lock Tender, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of various types of locks in residential and commercial properties. This role involves troubleshooting lock issues and providing expert advice to clients regarding lock security.

Responsibilities

• Test and evaluate security locks to ascertain their condition.
• Engage with clients to understand their locking needs and preferences.
• Ensure compliance with the latest industry regulations and safety standards.
• Assist in developing effective procedures for lock maintenance and repair.
• Document detailed reports for all repair and installation services provided.
• Coordinate with suppliers for any specialty locks or parts required.
• Participate in training sessions to remain updated on industry best practices.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business.

Requirements

Education

• Advanced training or certification in locksmithing

Experience

• Experience with electronic locks and security systems is advantageous.
