We are seeking a motivated and experienced Writing Coach to join our team in Oxford. You will play a crucial role in mentoring aspiring writers, providing guidance in various writing styles and techniques, and facilitating workshops that encourage creativity and skill development.

Responsibilities

• Mentor aspiring writers through one-on-one coaching.
• Develop and implement writing curricula that meets diverse needs.
• Organize and facilitate writing retreats and events.
• Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Stay updated with industry trends and novel writing techniques.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in English, Creative Writing, or similar field
• Master's degree in Education or related discipline preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in coaching or related fields
