Job Description

Join us as a Facilities Manager, responsible for developing and implementing unclaimed property policies. This role involves identifying issues and maintaining a thorough understanding of relevant laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage unclaimed property compliance and ensure adherence to all relevant laws.
  • Coordinate with multiple departments to identify and manage unclaimed properties.
  • Develop comprehensive strategies to process and resolve unclaimed property claims.
  • Stay informed about changes in unclaimed property laws and regulations.
  • Provide training sessions on unclaimed property issues to staff and stakeholders.
  • Communicate with external agencies regarding unclaimed property status.
  • Prepare compliance documentation and reports for management review.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field
  • Master's degree is a plus
Experience
  • Experience with government agencies is advantageous.
Technical Skills
  • Knowledge of unclaimed property laws
  • Problem-solving skills

Advantageous

  • Experience in unclaimed property software: Proficiency in managing unclaimed property databases is a plus.
