Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Ferry Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our ferries are operating safely and efficiently, maintaining high standards of maritime engineering.
Responsibilities
Carry out dry dock maintenance and overhaul projects as required.
Monitor fuel and lubricant usage, and recommend improvements for efficiency.
Provide technical support to the operations and customer service teams as needed.
Assist in the commissioning of new vessels and retrofitting of existing ones.
Liaise with external stakeholders for compliance and audits.
Participate in emergency drills and training sessions.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering or related field
Additional qualifications in renewable energy systems are a plus
Experience
5+ years of working with ferry or maritime vessels
