Job Description
We are seeking dedicated Farmworkers to assist in maintaining fields and caring for both farm animals and aquacultural species. You will play a crucial role in ensuring operational efficiency and sustainability.
Responsibilities
Engage in daily farm activities including planting, harvesting, and caring for animals.
Implement and monitor sustainable farming practices.
Assist with aquaculture operations, ensuring the health and safety of aquatic species.
Conduct regular inspections of farm facilities and report issues promptly.
Work alongside team members to enhance farm productivity.
Maintain accurate records of daily farming activities.
Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
Support marketing initiatives as needed by promoting farm produce at local markets.
Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
Requirements
Education
Qualifications in Horticulture or Agricultural Management are preferred.
Experience
Previous experience in field maintenance, aquaculture, or farm operations is essential.
