Job Description

We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our dynamic support team. The ideal candidate will provide top-notch technical assistance and support to our users while ensuring smooth operations. You'll troubleshoot hardware and software issues, manage customer inquiries, and enhance user experience.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in IT support or help desk environment
