Job Description

We are seeking a Public Health Officer to join our team in Wrexham. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing health programs, conducting research, and collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance public health initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate training sessions for community health workers.
  • Perform statistical analysis of health trends to guide interventions.
  • Assist in the preparation of grant applications for health funding.
  • Serve as a liaison between the health department and public stakeholders.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Public Health or Health Promotion
  • Master's degree in a relevant discipline is an advantage
