Job Description

As a Military Officer specializing in Special and Tactical Operations, you will lead a team dedicated to ensuring the safety and effectiveness of military operations. This role requires strategic thinking, tactical expertise, and a commitment to excellence in high-pressure environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead tactical operations and coordinate with the command structure.
• Supervise the operation of special weapon systems and ensure readiness for deployment.
• Evaluate mission objectives and prepare strategic responses.
• Ensure the implementation of safety protocols during live operations.
• Train and mentor junior officers and support staff.
• Engage in regular drills and simulations to maintain high levels of preparedness.
• Provide expert advice on tactical operations to senior leadership.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Advanced degree preferred

Experience

• At least 2 years in missile defense or military operations
