We are seeking a detail-oriented Eligibility Interviewer to assess and verify unemployment benefit claims. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in preventing fraud and supporting individuals in need.

Responsibilities

• Assess unemployment benefit claims and provide guidance to applicants.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
• Analyze complex cases and prepare reports detailing the findings.
• Participate in training sessions to improve investigative skills.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve the claims process.
• Engage in community outreach to educate the public about unemployment benefits.
• Work with legal representatives in cases that require litigation.

Requirements

Education

• A degree in a relevant field such as social work or psychology

Experience

• Experience in a public sector role is preferred
