Job Description

Join our dedicated team as a First-Line Supervisor of Police and Detectives. You will support the Police Chief in the daily operations of the police force, ensuring compliance with legislation and fostering community safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the police officer teams to achieve departmental objectives.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide mentorship to officers.
• Represent the police force at community events and external meetings.
• Analyze crime data to develop strategies for prevention.
• Coordinate with other departments for joint operations.
• Implement training programs for new recruits.
• Ensure the effective use of resources and budget management.
• Respond to and manage critical incidents and emergencies.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant degree in law enforcement or a related field
• Completion of police training programme

Experience

• 7-10 years of experience in law enforcement, including supervisory roles
