Job Description
Join our dedicated team as a First-Line Supervisor of Police and Detectives. You will support the Police Chief in the daily operations of the police force, ensuring compliance with legislation and fostering community safety.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage the police officer teams to achieve departmental objectives.
Conduct performance reviews and provide mentorship to officers.
Represent the police force at community events and external meetings.
Analyze crime data to develop strategies for prevention.
Coordinate with other departments for joint operations.
Implement training programs for new recruits.
Ensure the effective use of resources and budget management.
Respond to and manage critical incidents and emergencies.
Requirements
Education
Relevant degree in law enforcement or a related field
Completion of police training programme
Experience
7-10 years of experience in law enforcement, including supervisory roles
