Job Description

As an Ordnance Artificer, you will be integral to the UK Armed Forces, maintaining and repairing weapons, ammunition, and explosives. This role requires a keen technical mind, attention to safety, and a commitment to ensuring the operational readiness of military assets.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed inspections on military ordnance.
• Manage emergency repairs on-site and in the field.
• Facilitate training sessions to upskill new team members.
• Document all maintenance activities thoroughly.
• Engage in regular health and safety assessments of work practices.

Requirements

Education

• Certifications in specialized areas are advantageous

Experience

• Experience in explosive ordnance disposal is a plus.
