Job Description

As a Weapons Engineer, you will design, develop, and maintain an array of weapons systems, ensuring they meet performance standards. Your expertise will guide our projects from the conceptual stage through to full production, collaborating with various engineering teams to ensure effective implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead design reviews and technical assessments of weapons systems.
• Develop prototypes and oversee their testing to ensure reliability.
• Document engineering processes and maintain comprehensive project records.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field

Experience

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the design and development of weapons systems or a similar role is required.

Technical Skills

• Simulation and Modeling Tools
• Knowledge of Military Specifications

• Team Collaboration

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in conducting failure analysis and root cause investigations.: Ability to identify the underlying causes of failures in weapon systems.
• Knowledge of systems engineering principles.: Expertise in the processes that ensure systems meet all requirements.
