We are seeking a skilled Flight Operations Specialist to coordinate and ensure the smooth execution of our flight operations activities. The ideal candidate will have strong operational experience and an understanding of aviation regulations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all aviation regulations and company policies.
• Assist in the training of new staff and provide ongoing support to crew members.
• Participate in safety meetings and contribute to a culture of safety.
• Utilize flight planning software to optimize flight schedules and efficiency.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure aircraft readiness.
• Prepare reports on flight operations activities, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
• Develop strong relationships with various operational teams to facilitate smooth communication.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies as required.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Aviation Management or related field is preferred

Experience

• Experience with international flight operations is a plus.
