Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced M1A1 Tank Crewman to join our team. The crewman will be responsible for operating and maintaining the M1A1 tank while performing various combat tasks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and readiness of the M1A1 tank.
• Collaborate effectively with crew members during combat scenarios.
• Perform emergency repairs and troubleshooting of tank systems.
• Ensure compliance with military regulations and procedures.
• Enhance operational capabilities through ongoing training and drills.
• Contribute to strategic planning for tank deployments in various environments.
• Assist in mentoring new crew members on tank operations and safety.
• Conduct battle damage assessment and recovery operations when necessary.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Experience in combat operations and maintenance of armoured vehicles is advantageous.

Certifications

• Combat Lifesaver Certification
• Advanced Marksmanship Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Additional Certifications in Armoured Vehicle Systems: Any additional qualifications in armoured vehicle systems such as repair or tactical operations.
• Experience with Maintenance and Repairs of Armoured Vehicles: Hands-on experience with vehicle maintenance focused on armoured personnel carriers.
