Responsibilities

• Respond to help desk tickets and support requests from users.
• Install and configure new hardware and software as needed.
• Assist in maintaining backups and disaster recovery documentation.

• Participate in IT projects assisting with rollout and implementation.
• Monitor system performance and report anomalies.
• Ensure all IT policies and procedures are adhered to by staff.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant IT qualifications or certifications

Experience

• 1+ years of experience in a technical support role
