Job Description

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Packager to join our team. The Packager will be responsible for efficiently and accurately packaging goods according to customer specifications and company standards. The ideal candidate should have excellent attention to detail and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare packaging materials and products for shipment
• Check product quality and perform necessary adjustments
• Follow best practices for packing to avoid product damage
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets
• Conduct routine inspections of packaging machinery
• Keep records of packaging activities and stock levels
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Participate in team meetings to discuss performance and improvements

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Experience operating packaging machinery is an advantage

Technical Skills

• Forklift operation
• Basic computer skills

Soft Skills

• Communication
• Problem-solving

Advantageous

• Experience operating packaging machinery: Hands-on experience with automated packaging systems.
• Forklift certification: Certification to operate forklifts safely.
