Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot lens fabricating machinery.
• Maintain production standards by adjusting machine settings as required.
• Perform systematic quality assurance checks to verify the quality of lens products.
• Keep equipment clean and well-maintained to ensure efficiency.
• Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a risk-free workspace.
• Notify management of any technical issues affecting production.
• Keep accurate logs of production output and materials used.
• Work alongside peers to improve production efficiency.
• Engage in continuing education about lens manufacturing techniques.
• Assist in crafting standard operating procedures for machine operations.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical diploma in optics or related field preferred

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in machine operation or similar role

Technical Skills

• Mechanical aptitude

Languages

• English: Fluent
