Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Robotic Weld Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining robotic welding systems, ensuring efficient and accurate welding processes. This role requires strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

  • Set up, configure, and operate robotic welding machines.
  • Evaluate weld quality and implement corrective measures as necessary.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance on welding equipment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance welding processes.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Train new staff on robotic welding techniques.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor production outputs and adjust settings to optimise performance.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Certification in robotic welding operations
  • Additional welding certifications preferred
Experience
  • At least 2 years of practical experience in a manufacturing environment
