Seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to enhance our healthcare services in Nottingham. You will use your clinical expertise to assess, diagnose, and treat patients while supporting their overall health journey. Responsibilities

  • Perform physical examinations and health screenings.
  • Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses.
  • Offer health education and counselling to patients.
  • Work with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient care.
  • Implement quality improvement initiatives within the clinic.
  • Assist with administrative duties related to patient care.
  • Engage in community outreach programs to promote health awareness.
  • Utilise electronic health records (EHR) effectively.
  • Assess and manage care for patients with complex needs.
  • Participate in case management and care coordination efforts.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing
Experience
  • 1+ years of experience in a primary care setting
