Job Description

As a Childcare Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and development of children in our care. You will provide a safe, nurturing environment that fosters emotional, physical, and cognitive growth. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and a dedication to promoting their development through creative and engaging activities.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee children's daily routines and activities.
  • Conduct regular safety checks in the childcare environment.
  • Provide feedback and support to children's families.
  • Ensure compliance with childcare regulations and policies.
  • Implement strategies for inclusion and equality.
  • Collaborate with external agencies when necessary.
  • Promote a culture of respect and understanding among children.
  • Organize outings and field trips educational opportunities.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development.
  • Assist in the recruitment and training of new staff members.

Requirements

Education
  • Childcare Diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in Education is a plus
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a childcare setting
