Job Description

We are seeking compassionate and enthusiastic Childcare Workers to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will supervise and engage with children, assisting them with daily activities while ensuring their safety and wellbeing. The ideal candidate will thrive in a team environment and possess strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Engage in educational play that fosters children's development.
  • Assist in facilitating daily routines and transitions.
  • Maintain open communication with parents about children's activities.
  • Participate in training and continuing education to enhance skills.
  • Support children with special needs as required.
  • Document children's progress and maintain necessary records.

Requirements

Education
  • Basic education (GCSEs or equivalent) is preferred but not essential.
  • Childcare qualifications (e.g., CACHE Level 2 or 3) advantageous.
Experience
  • No previous experience is required, but experience in a childcare setting is preferred.

Advantageous
