Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Test Skein Winder to join our manufacturing team. This role involves operating and maintaining skein winding machinery, performing quality checks on produced skeins, and ensuring the functionality of equipment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct machine maintenance and repairs as needed.
• Implement best practices for quality control in skein production.
• Assist in training new operators on machinery and procedures.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production targets and issues.
• Document maintenance tasks and any machinery adjustments.
• Engage in continuous improvement practices to enhance workflow efficiency.
• Support other manufacturing roles as required.

Requirements

Education

• Understanding of textile manufacturing processes is beneficial.

Experience

• Experience in operating skein winding machinery is an advantage.
