Job Description

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Strategist to join our dynamic team in Stirling. You will work closely with the marketing team to create compelling content and campaigns that resonate with target audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor industry developments and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align social media strategies with overall marketing campaigns.
  • Research and analyse competitor social media activity and performance.
  • Create a content calendar to ensure timely delivery of social media posts.
  • Perform A/B testing on ad campaigns to evaluate effectiveness.
  • Initiate and manage outreach programs to engage potential customers.
  • Prepare presentations and reports for internal stakeholders.
  • Advocate for innovative social media approaches to increase client visibility.
  • Utilise SEO best practices in content creation for better organic reach.
  • Evaluate and refine social media policies and procedures.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Public Relations, or similar field
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience managing social media for brands
