Job Description

As an Account Manager with us, your primary focus will be on developing strong client relationships and identifying opportunities for growth. You will play a key role in delivering value to our customers while achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and driving satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align on client requirements.
  • Prepare proposals and negotiate contracts to maximize profit margins.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Resolve client issues promptly and efficiently to maintain trust and loyalty.
  • Track performance metrics to evaluate account health and growth potential.
  • Deliver exceptional service that promotes client retention and referrals.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in account management, preferably in technology sector
