The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in evaluating financial performance, preparing reports, and advising on financial strategies. You will work closely with various departments to analyse financial data and assist in decision-making processes.

Responsibilities

• Create and present pitch books and proposals to potential clients.
• Lead cross-functional teams to facilitate transaction execution.
• Conduct valuations and financial impact analyses for potential transactions.
• Advocate for clients in multiple forums, including negotiations and industry conferences.
• Stay abreast of regulatory changes impacting the financial services industry.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
• Master's degree or MBA is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience in investment banking
