We are seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to become our Aquatics Supervisor. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of our aquatic facilities, ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our customers while managing a skilled team.
Responsibilities
Ensure that safety standards are maintained at all times.
Handle customer complaints and ensure a high level of service.
Organize training programs for the aquatic staff.
Manage staffing schedules to ensure optimal facility coverage.
Monitor equipment and facility conditions for necessary repairs.
Provide oversight for swim classes and aquatic events.
Implement marketing strategies to promote aquatic programs.
Develop community outreach initiatives to engage local patrons.
Requirements
Education
Higher education in Leisure Management or related field is preferred
Experience
Experience in organizing and delivering swimming lessons and classes is advantageous
