Job Description

We are in search of a talented Machine Learning Engineer to join our dynamic team in Cambridge. The successful candidate will contribute to developing innovative AI solutions that address complex industry challenges. You will apply your expertise in machine learning algorithms, data analysis, and software development to build highly efficient systems.

Responsibilities

  • Lead machine learning projects from conception to deployment.
  • Enhance and refine existing algorithms to improve performance.
  • Work closely with software development teams to ensure seamless integration.
  • Evaluate and adopt new technologies and frameworks in machine learning.
  • Mentor junior engineers and promote knowledge sharing.
  • Prepare and present findings to stakeholders effectively.
  • Conduct training sessions on machine learning best practices.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Data Engineering
  • Master's degree is preferred
Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in machine learning or data science roles
