In this role, you will be responsible for designing and improving chemical processes, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product innovation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in chemical engineering principles and practical experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and select materials and equipment for process design.
• Participate in risk assessments and safety audits.
• Support scale-up processes from lab to production.
• Work closely with quality assurance to maintain product standards.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in chemical engineering.
• Communicate technical information effectively to team members and clients.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related discipline
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in the chemical manufacturing industry
