Responsibilities
Conduct thorough assessments and interprets diagnostic tests.
Execute ophthalmic surgeries like corneal transplant with precision.
Monitor and manage ocular conditions through medication and regular follow-ups.
Collaborate in multidisciplinary teams for holistic patient care.
Engage in continuing education to stay current with new practices.
Facilitate training for junior medical staff.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
Monitor patient outcomes and improve care protocols.
Develop patient education materials.
Participate in the clinic's quality assurance activities.
Requirements
Education
Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent)
Specialist training in Ophthalmology
Experience
Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in Ophthalmology.
