Geothermal Production Manager

Job Description

As a Plant Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our geothermal plant. This role entails managing production processes, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, coordinating maintenance activities, and leading a dedicated team to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations, ensuring alignment with production goals and standards.
• Establish and promote a culture of health and safety within the plant.
• Work closely with external stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant performance.
• Manage conflicts and facilitate effective resolutions among team members.
• Conduct training sessions for staff on new technologies and operational procedures.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field
• An MBA or additional management certification is beneficial

Experience

• Over 7 years of progressive experience in industrial operations management
