Job Description

The Nail Feeder plays a crucial role in the fast-paced manufacturing environment, responsible for feeding nails to the nail gun operator. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Accurately load and feed nails to the nail gun operator.
• Conduct regular checks on equipment to prevent malfunctions.
• Follow specific production schedules and workflows.
• Keep track of nail inventory and notify the supervisor when stock is low.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss productivity and improvements.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
