As a Pharmacist in our Sunderland location, you will play a crucial role in patient safety and health management. Responsibilities include medication reviews, health screenings, and educating patients about their treatments. We're looking for someone enthusiastic and dedicated to community health.

Responsibilities

• Supervise pharmacy operations and ensure best practices.
• Conduct health screenings and provide preventive care advice.
• Advise on the safe and effective use of medications.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings.
• Manage prescription medication storage and security.
• Assist customers with over-the-counter medication queries.
• Facilitate medication therapy reviews with patients.
• Collaborate with local healthcare providers to enhance service delivery.
• Conduct training sessions for pharmacy support staff.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and ethical standards.

Requirements

Education

• Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D)

Experience

• Experience in a community pharmacy setting preferred

Languages

• English: Fluent
