Job Description

As a Nurse Practitioner in our Manchester facility, you will be at the forefront of patient interaction, providing care, education, and support. We are looking for someone passionate about nursing and committed to making a positive impact in patients' lives.

Responsibilities

  • Assess patients' health needs and develop comprehensive care strategies.
  • Provide clinical care and emergency interventions when needed.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Facilitate patient and family education on health-related topics.
  • Implement evidence-based practices to improve patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure quality care delivery.
  • Engage in patient advocacy and ethical decision-making in care.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Nursing or related field
  • PhD in Nursing is an advantage
Experience
  • 3+ years experience in family practice or healthcare setting
