Responsibilities

• Assess patients' health needs and develop comprehensive care strategies.
• Provide clinical care and emergency interventions when needed.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Facilitate patient and family education on health-related topics.
• Implement evidence-based practices to improve patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure quality care delivery.
• Engage in patient advocacy and ethical decision-making in care.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Nursing or related field
• PhD in Nursing is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years experience in family practice or healthcare setting

Technical Skills

• Nursing Procedures
• Pharmacology

Soft Skills

• Team Leadership
• Critical Thinking

Certifications

• Certified Nurse Practitioner (CNP)
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Specialisation in geriatric care: Experience and training in geriatric patient management.
• Bilingual in English and another language: Ability to communicate in multiple languages is an asset.
