We are on the lookout for a Health Informatics Specialist to join our experienced team. This role involves leveraging data analysis and technology to improve healthcare outcomes and streamline patient care processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop quality assessments for healthcare practices.
• Monitor and evaluate compliance with healthcare standards and regulations.

• Identify key quality indicators and lead efforts to improve them.
• Provide mentorship and support to staff regarding quality assurance practices.
• Prepare and present reports on quality control activities.
• Facilitate workshops to promote quality awareness.
• Implement patient feedback mechanisms to guide quality improvements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
• Master's degree in Health Informatics is a plus.

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years in nursing and quality management is preferred.
