Job Description
As a Mill Tender, you will be responsible for the efficient operation and maintenance of milling machinery. This role involves monitoring the milling process to ensure consistent quality and collaborating with team members to optimise performance.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure product standards are met.
Support the production team in achieving daily targets.
Maintain a tidy and safe working environment at all times.
Report any malfunctions or required repairs to the supervisor.
Stay updated on new milling technologies and processes.
Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Technical certificate in milling operations is preferred
Experience
Previous experience in a production environment is a plus.
