Job Description

We are searching for an experienced IT Service Delivery Lead to ensure that our IT services meet and exceed customer expectations. The successful candidate will have a track record in managing IT service delivery, a keen understanding of ITIL processes, and the ability to lead teams effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Drive operational excellence within the IT service delivery framework.
  • Spearhead service improvement initiatives and action plans.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams to create a cohesive service delivery experience.
  • Ensure all IT solutions are aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead the application of IT service management tools and processes.
  • Conduct post-incident reviews to identify root causes and prevent recurrence.
  • Facilitate communication between IT teams and business units to ensure service alignment.
  • Support budget management and resource allocation for service delivery.
  • Manage vendor relationships and evaluate their service contributions.
  • Contribute to strategic planning discussions on IT service delivery enhancements.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Relevant certifications preferred
Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years in IT service delivery management
