Job Description

We are on the lookout for a Predictive Analytics Specialist who is adept at leveraging statistical methods and data analysis to forecast business trends. This role requires a mix of technical expertise and analytical thinking to convert data into actionable insights, ensuring that our projects are data-driven and aligned with our company objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Generate predictive insights by applying advanced analytical techniques.
  • Work with data engineers and scientists to refine data infrastructure and tools.
  • Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to communicate findings and actionable strategies.
  • Maintain documentation of predictive models and processes, ensuring compliance with best practices.
  • Advise on best practices for data management and data quality assurance.
  • Develop dashboards and visualisations to present data insights clearly.
  • Investigate data anomalies and quality issues, contributing to data integrity and accuracy.
  • Foster a data-driven culture across departments through training and guidance.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field
  • Master's degree in Business Analytics or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in data analytics or predictive modelling
