Job Description

The Judicial Law Clerk plays a pivotal role in managing court records and assisting judges with legal processes. You will be at the forefront of court administration, ensuring legal documents are meticulously handled and court proceedings are seamless.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of all court proceedings.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports and legal documents.
  • Ensure compliance with legal protocols during court processes.
  • Manage scheduling and logistics for court sessions.
  • Provide support during jury selection and deliberations.
  • Assist in archiving closed cases and managing historical records.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Criminal Justice, or a related field
Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a court administration role.
