Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Audit Operations Manager to oversee our audit processes and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will lead a team of auditors, implement best practices, and drive operational efficiencies.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end audit lifecycle, including strategy, execution, and reporting.
  • Evaluate audit findings and recommend corrective actions.
  • Ensure adequate follow-up on audit deficiencies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of compliance.
  • Lead special audit projects and initiatives as assigned.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in regulations.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Master's degree is an advantage
Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years in a managerial audit role
