Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor junior analysts within the investment banking team.
• Implement best practices in risk management and compliance for financial transactions.
• Provide timely updates to clients regarding financial market trends.
• Oversee transaction execution and support all phases of the deal process.
• Collaborate with external advisors to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Economics or related field
• Master’s degree preferred

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in investment banking or corporate finance
