Responsibilities

• Investigate and troubleshoot quality issues in production.
• Assess the impact of ingredients on food processing and quality.
• Engage in audits and compliance checks for production facilities.
• Contribute to sustainability initiatives within product development.
• Write and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Review and interpret food science literature for best practices.
• Foster a culture of food safety through training and awareness.
• Collaborate with external research partners on innovative projects.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science or related field
• Higher qualifications preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in a food science role
