We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Independent Crop Consultant to join our team. As a Crop Consultant, your primary responsibility will be to deliver expert guidance in crop management, tailored to meet the unique needs of farmers and agricultural enterprises.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of crop environments.
• Advise on sustainable farming practices and soil health.
• Maintain detailed records of crop and soil conditions.
• Develop and implement innovative crop management plans.
• Participate in agricultural workshops and seminars for continuous improvement.
• Forge strong relationships with clients through effective communication.
• Analyse the impact of climatic conditions on crop performance.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Agriculture or related field is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in crop consultancy is highly preferred
