Job Description
As an IT Systems Coordinator in Belfast, you will manage and oversee the effective functioning of IT systems. This role is vital in ensuring that our tech infrastructure runs smoothly, enabling our teams to deliver outstanding service.
Responsibilities
Lead initiatives for system upgrades and maintain IT documentation.
Collaborate with teams to enhance IT service delivery and user experience.
Identify and mitigate potential IT risks and vulnerabilities.
Conduct training sessions for new users on IT systems.
Evaluate and suggest new technologies to improve business processes.
Monitor and report on service level agreements (SLAs).
Create and maintain a disaster recovery plan for IT systems.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems is preferred
Experience
3+ years of experience in IT systems management or support
