Job Description

We are looking for an Industrial Production Manager who will oversee quality assurance policies and ensure compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate will collaborate with various departments to maintain high-quality production processes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of quality assurance programs.
  • Ensure all quality processes align with regulatory requirements.
  • Review and analyse quality metrics to drive improvements.
  • Conduct training sessions to enhance staff understanding of quality standards.
  • Foster a culture of quality within the organization.
  • Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot quality issues.
  • Prepare quality documentation to support regulatory submissions.
  • Engage in root cause analysis for quality failures.
  • Communicate effectively with leadership regarding quality initiatives.
  • Monitor trends in quality assurance methodologies and recommend process enhancements.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in Quality Assurance, preferably in manufacturing
