Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Supply Chain Analyst to join our team in Northampton. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in analysing and optimising our supply chain processes to enhance operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and optimise supply chain processes for improved efficiency.
• Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to improve communication and service delivery.
• Utilise data analytics tools to drive insights and inform decision-making.
• Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) for monitoring supply chain effectiveness.
• Assist in negotiating contracts with suppliers and service providers.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance supply chain operations.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
• Provide training and support to team members on supply chain processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business, or related field
• Master’s degree in a related field is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of relevant work experience in a similar role or industry

Certifications

• Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM)

Languages

• English: Fluent
