Job Description

We are on the lookout for an experienced Automatic Presser to join our thriving manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of automatic press machines to ensure the efficient production of high-quality textile products.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and adjust automatic press machines for optimal performance.
• Conduct quality checks on finished products to maintain high standards.
• Undertake preventive maintenance and repairs as needed.
• Calibrate machine settings based on specific fabric requirements.
• Work closely with the production team to achieve efficiency goals.
• Document production activities and machine performance.
• Help promote a safe working environment by adhering to safety guidelines.
• Assist in training new employees on machine operations.
• Proactively suggest process improvements where applicable.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in textile processing or machine operation is a plus

Experience

• At least 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.

• Technical Troubleshooting

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of textile quality standards: Familiarity with industry benchmarks for textile quality.
