Adhesive Bonding Machine Operator

Job Description

We are seeking an Adhesive Bonding Machine Operator to join our dedicated team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining bonding machines to ensure efficient and high-quality production of adhesive materials.

Responsibilities

• Set up bonding machines and ensure correct operation before production starts.
• Adjust machine settings based on product specifications.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks on machinery to ensure efficiency.
• Identify and troubleshoot any operational issues promptly.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with regulations.
• Assist in training new operators on machine operations and safety protocols.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production targets and improvements.

Requirements

Education

• GCSEs in Mathematics and English, or equivalent
• Further qualifications in mechanical engineering or manufacturing preferred

Experience

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in machine operation or maintenance

Technical Skills

• Mechanical Aptitude
• CAD Software

• Communication Skills

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with quality assurance processes: Background in quality control standards in manufacturing.
• Forklift license: Operational knowledge of forklifts for material handling.
