Job Description

We are seeking skilled Metal Workers and Plastic Workers to join our production team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for setting up, maintaining, and operating machinery to create high-quality products in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Effectively use equipment and tools to manufacture components.
• Comply with health and safety regulations at all times.
• Support training of new staff on equipment and processes.
• Engage in team meetings to discuss production efficiency.
• Implement best practices for machine operation and setup.
• Monitor machine operations to identify issues promptly.
• Contribute to a clean and organized work environment.
• Assist in inventory management.
• Ensure all products meet the company's quality standards.
• Participate in skill development and training workshops.

Requirements

Education

• Technical certification in machine tool operation or related field is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or machining environment is a plus.
